Is there a Mobile App?

For the first time, you have access to property insights in the palm of your hand. Get information on demographics, zoning maps, foot traffic counts, and property records on-the-go, when you need them most. The Mobile App is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How do I use AlphaMap?
  • If you know how to use Google Maps, you’ll have no problem using AlphaMap! Just search for a location using the Search Bar or draw a custom area on the map using the Custom Area feature. Once you’ve selected a location or custom area to analyze, you can deep dive into any insights we have available which include: Property Records, Population & Demographics, Trade Areas, Foot-Traffic, Performance Benchmarks and Market Overlap & Void.

Where is the data coming from?

We collect data from over 40 different originating sources. This includes things like: County Tax Assessor Data, GPS Car Traffic Data, Cell Phone Location Data, US Census Data, and more. For any given feature that you see in the product, we are likely using multiple data sources to create each insight for you. We do this because it increases the likelihood that the information you see is correct/accurate, and it also allows us to provide wider coverage. The insights you see in the product will often have a “hint/help” icon which will give you more information about the data behind each insight.

Do I get information / insights only for a specific region or do I get it for the entire US?

Every plan includes insights for the entire US. We do not limit users in any way based on region/geography.

Can I download / export some of the insights?

Yes! Simply click on the download icon near the top of any chart, table, or map to download as a PDF file or PNG image.

Can I analyze a custom area instead of a specific property?

Yes! Just click on the Custom Area dropdown menu in the top left of the main map to start drawing a polygon or radius around the custom area you would like to analyze. You’ll then see insights about that custom area appear on the left-hand side.

Why can’t I see foot traffic for some properties?

There are tens of millions of commercial properties in the US, and unfortunately some of them will be lacking certain types of insights/information. For example, for some properties, we will not be able to find the ownership info, and for others we might not have accurate foot-traffic data and so we won’t display it. But, it will be clear to you what info is available on any given property. Additionally, we still boast the widest coverage in each aspect of the product -- so if you don’t see it in AlphaMap, it’s very unlikely that you’d be able to find it in other tools. Finally, we’re continuously adding new data and sources, so the depth and coverage of the product will continue to expand.

The AlphaMap Mobile App version is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for a 14-day free trial, and thereafter for $14.99 per month.

Does the pricing include nationwide data or only a specific market/region?

Every plan includes nationwide data. You will not be restricted to a specific market/region.

How can I view my account & billing information?

Simply login to your account and click on the menu icon in the top right corner. Then click on ‘Account Profile & Settings’ to view your account and billing information.

How do I change my password?

Simply login to your account, click on the menu icon in the top right corner and then click on ‘Account Profile & Settings’. On the ‘Account Profile & Settings’ page click ‘Change Password’ on the left hand menu and follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.
